We have managed Writtle Park Woodlands since 1995 and have been involved in a number of Forestry Commission grant schemes and management plans since this time.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Woodland Management Plans to UKWAS Standards
• Forestry Commission Grant application and advice
• Woodland ecology assessments & reports
• Woodland pre-purchase advice and valuation
• Standing timber valuations, condition and content appraisal
• Timber harvesting and marketing including work schedules and implementation
• Deer management plans and deer monitoring techniques
• Felling licence applications
• Woodland creation and design

We work with Writtle College on a number of monitoring programmes within the woodland including the effects of deadwood on micro climate.

Our consultants have a range of current research interests including statutory protections for ancient semi-natural woodlands and bat surveying techniques in woodland.
